Election Day as a federal holiday

Primary election reform (for example, vary the order of the primary states per cycle)

A shorter interregnum (i.e., the period between the presidential election and the inauguration)

Suffrage for ex-prisoners

Suffrage for the nearly four million American citizens residing in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands who do not have a (general election) presidential vote.
